Right of Withdrawal - Cancel Your Order

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) / Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to cancel: To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

What happens next:

  • We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request
  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us
  • We will refund your full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

 

Hygiene Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, the following items can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with the hygiene seal/strip still attached:

    • Briefs, thongs, and bodysuits
    • Swimwear with a hygiene liner

Items not subject to hygiene restrictions (can be returned in original, unworn condition with tags):

  • Bras and bralettes
  • Loungewear, robes, and outerwear
  • Accessories

Return shipping costs are covered by you.
