Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it. No reason needed.

Use the form below. Write your order number, the pieces you are returning, and the words "I withdraw from my contract." You don't need an account.

We'll confirm by email within one working day.

Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to cover.

We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you send proof of posting.

Briefs and suspender belts can be returned too. Please try them on over your own underwear. If a piece comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
