Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as panties and bodysuits may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at enquiries@petiteardour.com. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll ensure a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
