Refund policy

 

At Petite Ardour, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and convenient.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. No reason needed. Tell us using the Right of withdrawal form. You don't need an account.

Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Please return pieces unworn and unwashed, with their tags. Try briefs and suspender belts on over your own underwear. If a piece comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the cost of standard delivery. We may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you send proof of posting. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Exchanges. To change a size, return the piece and place a new order.

Faulty or wrong pieces. Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage. Your legal rights for faulty goods, two years in the EU, are not affected.
